Energy Resource Products branded products offer a 24 month warranty on electronic components and a 12 month warranty on mechanical parts. Certain limitations apply. Energy Resource Products, LLC does not offer any warranty, implied or expressed, for any third party product including probes. Please see manufacturer of any third party equipment for warranty information. Contact your distributor or Energy Resource Products, LLC for troubleshooting, support, replacement parts and service.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for any product(s) being returned to Energy Resource Products for repair. Repairs are generally completed in one full business week however this may vary based on then current work volume. Repairs returned via next-day-air freight are prioritized. All shipping costs incurred to return merchandise are the customer’s responsibility. Out-of-Warranty repairs, including operator damaged equipment, are charged on a time and materials basis plus parts. Any out of warranty repair or replacement in excess of $200.00 will require a customer approval prior to ERP beginning the repair or replacement.  ERP, in its sole discretion, reserves the right collect payment in full PRIOR to initiating any out-of-warranty repair or replacement.

Cost for return shipment to customer for in-warranty repair or replacement will be paid by ERP. Return shipping will be GROUND. If expedited shipping is requested, additional shipping and handling costs will be charged to the customer. Shipping and handling charges for return shipment of out-of-warranty products will be the responsibility of the customer and added to the repair costs. To obtain an RMA number please complete and submit the following form. An RMA number will be issued after review by ERP of form submission.
